I had received a free carpet cleaning when I purchased a carpet & installation from Morency. When I called, I received an appointment right away. They called ahead of time to confirm they were on their way. They were fast, professional, personable & efficient. They informed me it would take about 5 hours to dry & the carpet looks amazing. I would definitely use them again for any floor cleaning, they don’t just do rugs. I also recommend Morency for any floor purchases & installs. I have been going to them for years, as did my parents & they are by far the best.
Wonderful staff very respectful, always clean the best rugs in the city. Ana is amazing she made sure I picked the perfect rug she is very knowledgeable about rugs, very helpful. I also booked a cleaning for my 3 floor home, booking was amazing with alexis I love the communication. My rugs were very clean I was amazed. Look no further you found your place!!!!!
